This book was designed for my niece Ellie Rose. Into the Night is a bedtime story that teaches about nocturnal animals in a friendly way so that young children can understand. I used an Arial rounded type to make the words clear and understandable for young audiences.
I used cardboard for the front and back of the book. And I learned a traditional Japanese bookbinding technique using wax thread to bind the pages together. The dimensions of the book are 7 in x 8.5 in.

I wrote the story using rhyming limericks to help young minds digest the information easier. I used Procreate to illustrate and design each spread. I won the Joan Nevins Fund award at my senior exhibition for this book!
